Water filter system
Production undergoes a water filter system, which involves maximum cleansing so that the hair products will be free of impurities for top performance. This reduces the risk of skin irritation or allergic reactions.
Packaging sterilisation
Since the primary package is in direct contact with the formula, each package will be disinfected with ozone for 30 minutes before use, which guarantees a longer shelf life, and the product doesn’t get contaminated.
Equipment Disinfection
The filling equipment is cleaned, disinfected with 75% alcohol, and then rinsed with pure water before the filling process. This ensures that the hair product isn’t mixed with other previous formulas.
Personnel Hygiene
The blending & filling process is managed by workers. Hands are cleaned, shoes are changed before entering the disinfected workplace to make sure the formula is completely safe without pollution.

Emulsifying & Blending
After the emulsifying is finished, they are placed on a lower temperature heat to inspect and get the semi-finished products.
Filling
The filling machines are designed to ensure proper capacity and smooth flow of the formula paste into their respective containers.
Package
After inspection of packaging materials and printing content by our skillful workers, the batch of hair products is boxed with packaging machine. The packaged products are assembled and stored in into the warehouse, ready for shipment.
